No: But Propranolol ( inderal) can be and is often used for this purpose.

Never heard that...: Choice of drug for performance anxiety. I have heard of Inderal (propranolol) for this purpose, but especially if you will do this more than once or very rarely, you might consider some psychotherapy. You can learn a strategy for managing this that can help for more than a one night stand. Talk with your doctor for ideas.
