Listen to your body: The best exercise increases circulation to the entire body. A very simple one is to image your arms are a jump rope and move in a circle lifting your arms and opening tee chest wall as you gently rock or or "step" over the pretend rope. Doing this for 30 seconds every 30 minutes is great for people with sedentary jobs.
