Important!: Please stop the Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) immediately and contact your doctor about seeing a cardiologist. I don't know what you mean by "click" in the heart, but you may have a heart condition. If you have any heart conditions and take adderall, (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) this could be very dangerous.
