I feel like i am having motion sickness bye just walking my dog can i have motion sickness for just walking if so what can i do about it?

Get it checked out: Motion sickness can indicate positional vertigo, brought on with head movement. Meclizine and dimenhydrinate are over-the-counter meds which may help with this. However, get checked out to rule out coronary artery syndrome (lack of blood to heart muscle), meniere's disease, or other more serious illness causing your motion sickness. Good luck!
