Not sure if it's sinus but my rt nostril it's a little irritated and the pain shoots up to my eye and temple. what can it be?

Not sinus: This sounds like referred pain from inside the nose. Perhaps there is a tender ulceration or scab that acts as the trigger. An otolaryngologist (ENT) specialist can examine the area best.
