Seek out safety: I am not sure what the situation is that keeps you from professional help. Money is not an issue, they are required to treat you by law, the hospital. However, if not available seek out a trusted friend or family member to be with you and work it through. They can help you stay safe, distract you, cheer you up etc. You are important and deserve the joy of life. Please do not give up!

Suicide prevention: There are 24 hour hot lines to call--they'll stay on the phone and help find out what's going on, what's precipitated the crisis, what the alternatives are, and the like. Even 911 is a good start. Community mental health centers have people who can assist. Is there some fear of seeing a psychiatrist or going to an er? The thoughts and feelings are huge now, but can ease up with someone's help.
