Chiropractor: Even as a medical physician that specializes in the spine, i suggest to all my pregnant friends and family to see a chiropractor for low back and sacroiliac joint pain when pregnant. As an interventional pm;r pain specialist, i treat low back and sacroiliac pain all day, but without clearance from the ob-gyn, i would not perform a simple steroid injection in the office.
