my back hurts when i walk. i cannot bend , or twist. if i put pressure on my back with my hand i can walk. what is it? or what do i do ?

See below: Low back pain usually improves within 1-2 weeks, but it depends on the circumstances. At your age the pain is likely from a muscle strain or a bad disc. If your pain has persisted for greater than 1-2 weeks despite conservative management i would see your physician.
