Panadol (acetaminophen): It depends on the milligram dose. If each tablet has a high milligram dose - then you il have taken too much. If its the regular panadol (acetaminophen) 500mg - then nothing will happen, if its the enhanced type , then as log you do not exceed 2-2.5gm per day you are fine.
