Neck Heart Beat: Is your heart beating fast? If so, you may hear your pulse. More importantly, why is your heart beating so fast? It's not likely this is a vascular tumor. See your doctor right away, if this persists. Unless you also note a growth in your neck, if so, see an ENT doctor right away.
