Anxiety: Anxiety is not cured by pills. It is cured by education, insight, talk therapy. Learning to redefine our experience and emotional response to our feelings or memories. Learning new coping skills. Learning to breathe when upset. Anxiety does not have to be a permanent or negative part of our lives. Please do not fall into the mindset that you need a pill to treat this common problem.
