Chest pain: There is a variety of things that can cause chest pain especially in your case when you list you have ashma, and an enlarged heart or heart failure. Both asthma and heart disease can cause that particular chest pain. We would see and exam you to see where it is most likely coming from. Please see your local physician to discuss more details.
