What can be causing neurological symptoms, but have had normal neurological exam by doctor & normal ct & mri within last year? tremors llightheaded

Symptoms not normal: Tremors are abnormal and your lightheadedness may represent inner ear issues. But perhaps you are having medication reactions causing these or maybe you have a thyroid problem which causes both. Tremors at rest or with arms held up are caused by different disorders. Maybe see neurologist to get further evaluated.
