Need more info: Tremor with a normal neurological exam in a young adult can be from over exertion of muscles, stimulant use, from caffiene to guarana (found in some energy drinks) as well as amphetamine like medications. Sleep deprivation can make you feel tremulous as well, if sufficiently deprived. These are some of the things i check into with tremors with normal examination.

Tremor: Unfortunately, the information you provided is very little. We need to know how it all started, what kind of tremor it is (resting vs. Activity induced), one or both sided, etc. The data you provided is not sufficient enough
