5 weeks pregnant vaginal ultrasound showed no gestational sac only thickened lining with an hcg level of 824. is all of this normal or is hcg to low?

Low: This is a low HCG but with no gestational sac it is possible that you are not as far along as you think. If all is normal, the HCG should double in 2 days.
