Exfoliation: This is a condition called exfoliative dermatitis and usually requires alternating between mild lubricating creams ( jergens or lubriderm) and over the counter 1% Hydrocortisone cream, a thin layer, pea sized drop massaged am/pm. If not improved within 1 week- i suggest a dermatolgy evaluation.
