End stage liver dis: This does not sound encouraging. End stage liver suggests the buildup of toxins in the blood. Probably poor liver synthetic function with fluid leaving blood vessels and into the surrounding tissues and peritoneal space, hence the low blood pressure and high pulse rate. It is hard to say how long this condition can last.........
