Not sure.: I am not sure how to answer. Why did you need a spinal tap and how is your diplopia and weakness related to the diplopia and anxiety.I believe your doctor maybe ruling out a neurological problem and with the MRI and other result of your tests , he thinks all your symptoms are due to anxiety. Please clarify this with him.
