Get the assay: You can get a flow cytometry to find out. There are different types of natural killer cells and everyone should have them. They are only harmful when present in excessive quantities and out of control.

Pos ANA 1:640 homogenous nuclear staining. Normal C3 and c4. What is going on? Most likely lupus? Scleroderma? Had slightly elevated ACE test.
