See your doc: You need an exam. There are many causes of pain in that area. They could be from an ovary or from your bowels (appendix, diverticulitis, etc). Your doctor can help by asking about bowel, bladder, sexual pain, and performing an exam. Sometimes an ultrasound or other test may be necessary.
