I had a full hysterectomy 14 years ago and i am having a lot of cramping n pressure on my right lower abdomen. should i be worried.

Need more info: Pain is designed to get your attention. The pain is most likely intestinal, and that might be gas, constipation, viral (or other) infection, or even appendicitis. The pain could also from your muscles or nerves or your urinary tract, to name a few. If it is bothering you, see a doctor to discuss this pain's frequency, duration, intensity, associations, etc. Your doc can help figure out what to do.
