Should i go to a urologist or nephrologist for kidney stones that seem to be hidden?

Either: To have removed - urologist; to help deal with metabolic prevention - nephrologist or urologist.

Stones: Hidden stones may not be approachable by surgery or lithotripsy. I recommend seeing an experienced nephrologist first; having an evaluation of urine chemistry so that why you form stones is figured out and treated. The chemistry of your stones is very important to determine.
