Emergency: Any fever in a child one year or younger is an emergency. A three day fever of this severe elevation makes this mandatory. Please get this child to their doctor immediately.

See pediatrician: Any child under the age of one year with fever should be seen and evaluated by a doctor asap. Please go and see your family doctor or a pediatrician and have your baby fully evaluated.

Fever: He may be incubating roseola where a child runs a fever for three days, the fever breaks, and the child breaks out in a measles-type rash. If your child's fever doesn' t break tomorrow, i would take him to see the doctor.
