OTC Whitening: Drug store whitening products may do the trick for you... They are not as effective as having the procedure done via your dentist, but then again, you get what you pay for. There is nothing you can use from your home that will have the same effect.

Cheap whitening: The best way to get a "cheap whitening" is to find a dental office which is running a special on teeth bleaching, get your teeth cleaned (which will allow the bleaching agent to get to the enamel), then use the bleach system which the office provides. Bleaching of the teeth is not brain surgery, there are many simple, cheap systems which are quite effective.
