Need for examination: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful answer without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. Since you had an ultrasound, you must have seen a doctor. S/he would be in a better position to advise.

27 with chest pounding ( almost 24/7). Ekg's, x-ray, blood, stress test, and ultrasound were fine. The chest pounding comes on mostly at night and rest w/ no pain. HR is normal. Negative for all conditions expect GERD. No anxiety. What is causing it?
