i have a pain only when i play baseball on the inside of my elbow. if i lift or do other activties with my right are its fine. what could it be?

Needs evaluation: If you mean pain when throwing, than this could be a ulnar collateral ligament sprain (ucl), also know as the tommy john ligament. Stop throwing and see a sports medicine physician for an evaluation.
