I've been having pain at my elbow and i play baseball it don't hurt to throw while i have soft toss but when i start to throw hard i have sharp pain in my elbow were its even hard to grip the ball what can it be?

Need ortho exam: It may be a minor tendonitis which may resolve with ice, rest and nsaids it may also be a more complicated situation involving the medial collateral ligament. You need a good exam and possibly an mri to further evaluate the problem.
