Speak to psychiatris: You should speak to your own psychiatrist quickly, who has prescribed you the Prozac (fluoxetine) and you may need to be hospitalized to control your symptoms.

Call your doctor NOW: If you're feeling more anxious, depressed and suicidal after starting prozac, (fluoxetine) your doctor needs to know this asap. Some people can experience this as a result of the medication. If you cannot reach your physician, go to an er and have them call the doctor on call for your doctor. You need to be seen and evaluated if suicidal. Other medications and psychotherapy may help you much more.

Not good treatment: It's unclear whether Prozac (fluoxetine) is making things worse (it's possible), or your condition is taking a turn for the worse, independent of the drug. Clearly you aren't getting proper treatment. Medication alone is not good care. Optimal treatment is psychotherapy (weekly, at least), possibly in combination with meds. See a psychologist /psychiatrist asap for an evaluation and proper treatment.
