A few things.: Food particles rotting between teeth (use floss). Large cavities with retained food. Impacted third molars with retained food. Pharyngitis (sore throat). Deep crypts in tongue with debris. Periodontal disease. See your dentist to help.

Bad taste: Excellent brushing cleans 65% of tooth surface but not between teeth. Bad taste can be from uncleared areas between teeth that only floss can reach, infected sinuses/tonsils/adenoids, GERD, deep crypts on tongue, decayed (infected) Teeth, change in meds/supplements/vitamins/food, infected gums, etc. Please see your Dentist to begin the investigative process.
