Depends: On other symptoms than fever. Vomiting, diarrhea, coughing, or shortness of breath , or or strange rash or mental status changes would suggest sooner rather than later. If she is still mentally alert, drinking fluids, and "not looking toxic" you could treat the fever with Acetaminophen or Ibuprofen or tepid sponge baths to lower the temp. Or try to call your doctor back home and get his/her advice.
