Why does my stomach bloat after doing a cardio workout like cycling or power walking is this fat causing me to bloat?

Dehydration : Make sure you are hydrated well before , during and after cardio work out. Also if you have chronic constipation or acid reflux this may also exacerbate your bloating. Do stretching before and after work out.
