This is an unusual: combination, generally motion exercises ↓issues with constipation. Eating veggies with lots of fiber (e.g. lots of lettuce), individually adjusting doses per response over several days to find what works nearly always resolves issues with constipation. Cutting out carbs often helpful for many with IBS; suggest look up & studying "dietdoctor digestive issues" for experiences of others & ideas.
