NOT USUALLY: Hallucinations are typically an indication of a psychotic process or maybe less serious if it happens upon falling asleep or waking up. OCD does not involve hallucinations as a symptom. Antidepressants do not typically cause hallucinations either. If the is some connection then the diagnosis may need to be reconsider like possibly bipolar disorder. Speak with your doctor.
