Prozac, (fluoxetine) depr., OCD: Prozac (fluoxetine) is very good for ocd and depression. Most side effects go away with time. The most difficult and lasting side effect can be delayed or absent ability to ejaculate.

Some side effects go: away with time- others do not (sexual side effects, for ex). There are things to minimize effects, like take on full stomach, at bedtime etc. Best to talk to prescriber if you're having side effects. Prozac is a good drug for OCD and depression
