Unlikely: It's not believable that inhaled sandstone particles would cause cervical lymph node enlargement the very same day, if at all. Now, if you have a secondary sinusitis, then you may have some node enlargement due to that process. I'd be more concerned with pulmonary issues. Watch for cough or bloody sputum. Good luck.
