I have barretts esophagus and no gerd symptoms. i have a raspy voice often...should i be concerned?

Yes, if this is new!: Barretts does not cause any change in the voice but gerd can do so. Have your gastroenterologist help you to resolve this problem which may need an ENT examination especially if the voice change is getting worse.
