Mandatory checkup: This condition must be examined by a physician and comprehensive blood work obtained. Do not ignore these issues and i would suggest at a minimum, cbc, sed rate, cmp. Thyroid evalaution , immune workupand if necessary a ct scan of your neck. Do not ignore these symtoms.
