Depends: Not enough information. Depends on TNM staging. Treatment decisions based on that as well as biomarkers - er, pr, her2/neu. The absolute risk reduction provided by chemotherapy and/or hormonal therapy can then be individualized. On useful online tool is adjuvant! online. That assumes adequate local control - eg surgery +/- radiation.
