You might have: significant dry eyes or contact lens "over wear". Try artificial tears and shorten the period that you wear the contact lenses. Contacts don't allow your corneas to breathe well, which causes them to become irritated, giving you a burning sensation. Let your eye doctor know that the contacts are causing you some issues so they can recommend the appropriate solution. Be well.
