Don't do it again!: Bleach ned to get diluted! and never wear contact lenses when using bleach! use some artificial tears to soothe the eyes. If not better by tomorrow, see an ophthalmologist. Likely there is nothing to worry about!

Yes: Alkali exposure can cause burning, contact with any mucous membrane, eye or nose can cause severe damage. For burning use preservative eye drops that can be bought over the counter( refresh advanced or systane balance).
