ULCER: You could be having a stomach ulcer that will explain the pain if it is getting worse you need to see your pcp that will referred you to a surgeon or GI specialist depends on the size of the town that you lives in you might need endoscopy and medical treatment omeprazole could help wilth reflux but might not control ulcer symptoms.
