See doc: Any symptoms brought on by physical exertion merit further investigation. Given your young age coronary blockages are unlikely. A thorough exam and BP assessment including orthostatics-a murmur might suggest structural causes and if any is appreciated, an echo can be done to rule out hypertrophic cardiomyopathy/structural-congenital heart disease. Ecg/monitoring to rule out arrhythmias.
