See a Dr. ASAP!: You need to have this evaluated as it's not normal to not have function of opening your eyes, mouth, or move, and want to see what your PCP finds on physical evaluation to refer you to the right specialist if indicated after working you up. He will need to take some basic labs, test your facial muscles, and do a neurological exam too, and make sure this is not progressive in nature. Don't delay!
