Anti-fungals: Yes, it is safe to use topical anti-fungal therapies (e.g. terbinafine, ketoconazole, clotrimazole) on your face. But the real issue is making sure you actually have a diagnosis (e.g. tinea facei) that merits treatment with such agents, otherwise you may be delaying appropriate diagnosis.
