Only if it is fungus: Clotrimazole is only effective on fungus or yeast. I recommend that you see a dermatologist for a correct diagnosis and treatment. Clotrimazole will not likely hurt anything, but it also may not help unless the rash is fungus or yeast.

Probably not: Clotrimazole cream is an anti fungal drug and will not help unless the rash is due to a fungal infection.
