No: Don't kiss the person on their rear end. Otherwise you're fine. Many people are told they have "worms" / "parasites" by "independent medical thinkers" when they actually don't. And if a person is diagnosed with a particular worm or eukaryotic parasite, usually treatment is sijmple. Best wishes.
