There is no such product. Worms or other parasites require specific medications, different from one parasite to the next. No OTC chemicals, products, diets, etc remove heavy metals -- but if you are outwardly healthy and have not been knowingly exposed (e.g. infancy in a lead paint environment), there is no need.
