Parasites from Dogs: Technically, we can get certain parasites from our dogs, however, the chances are extremely slim and you get them from coming into contact with their infected feces, not from kissing.

Worms: Some infections that can be transmitted from dogs to humans include roundworms, hookworms, tapeworms ; whipworms. I think it would more common to transmit from anal end.
