Can i get infected by hiv from an hiv child vomiting on me?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Probably not: Hiv is passed mainly from blood or sexual contact (e.g. Sharing needles, etc.) other bodily fluids such as a child's vomit are very unlikely to cause hiv.
