More info needed: I'm somewhat unclear about your question and the information given. Specifically regarding the words, "for a full arch". Is one tooth supposed to support a full arch restoration? Or do you have a full arch of broken teeth below the gumline? Teeth fractured or decayed below the gumline are normally best extracted as the long term prognosis is poor. You would need to be personally examined w x-rays.
